This medicine is not right for everyone. Do not use it if you had an allergic reaction to acoltremon.How to Use This Medicine:
Liquid, Drop
- Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to use. Do not use more than directed.
- Wash your hands with soap and water before and after using this medicine.
- Tear open the foil pouch. Pull off one single-dose vial from the strip. Twist off the tab at the top while holding the vial upright.
- Lie down or tilt your head back. With your index finger, pull down the lower lid of your eye to form a pocket. Gently squeeze to release a drop into your eye.
- To keep the medicine as germ-free as possible, do not touch the applicator tip to any surface (including the eye).
- You might not use all of the medicine in each single-dose vial. Use each single-dose vial only one time. Do not save an open single-dose vial.
- Remove contact lenses before you use the eye drops. Wait for at least 15 minutes before putting the contact lenses back in.
- This medicine can be used with other eye drops. Wait at least 5 minutes before using other eye drops.
- Missed dose: If you miss a dose of this medicine, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
- Store in the refrigerator. Do not freeze. You may store the opened carton at room temperature for up to 30 days. Throw away unused medicine after 30 days.
- Throw away unused single-dose vials 7 days after opening the pouch.

Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any other medicine, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.
Warnings While Using This Medicine:
- Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Your doctor will check your progress and the effects of this medicine at regular visits. Keep all appointments.
- Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.
Possible Side Effects While Using This Medicine:
Call your doctor right away if you notice any of these side effects:
- Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
- Burning or stinging in the eyes
- Pain where the medicine is applied
